YQCA
Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) is a national multi-species quality assurance program for youth ages 8 to 21 with a focus on three core pillars: Food Safety, Animal Well-Being, and Character Development. Several Michigan fairs require this training for youth participating in different shows.
From time to time, MSPA may offer in-person YQCA training. Be sure to check the Michigan Shepherds News for the most up to date information on these types of trainings. To sign up for a training, check your status of certification, or learn more, visit the YQCA Program website.
