FFA Awards

The Michigan Sheep Producers Association is proud to sponsor the Michigan FFA Sheep Proficiency Awards each year and recognize the state winner at our annual banquet at Shepherds Weekend.

This award is given to FFA members who submit a detailed application that includes production records, photos, scope and sequence, descriptions of applicable skills earned, letters of recommendation, and more. Awards are scored by industry professionals. Students can earn a bronze, silver, or gold award. Below, are the students who have won this award in the most recent years. If you know of other state winners that we can add to this list, please share their information at info@misheep.org.
