2026 Michigan Shepherds Weekend Sponsor & Exhibitor Form

Our sponsors are integral to the success of our event. As a sponsor, your organization's name and/or logo will be at the forefront of attention for attendees. We honor and recognize your generosity in supporting the continued education and success of business leaders in the sheep industry.

Specific designations for monies can be made (e.g., Keynote Speaker, Youth Program, Banquet, Coffee Break, etc.). We also offer sponsorship opportunities to feature items (merchandise samples, catalogs, brochures, etc.) in conference attendee bags targeting youth or adults. The trade show is a highlight of our weekend program. The exhibitor booth spaces are located in an area directly adjacent to the meeting rooms. Tables are 8’ and you are provided 2 chairs. Electrical services can be requested. This year we are scheduling more agenda time to give attendees time to connect with vendors. We will offer all vendors the chance to give a two minute introduction in our opening session on Saturday to hear about what you are showcasing. We encourage you to get creative in further engaging the attendees by offering a special tradeshow promotion, drawing, etc. All trade show exhibitors include 1 complimentary registration and 1 complimentary banquet ticket. Additional registrations or banquet tickets must be purchased separately or obtained via sponsorship.
