Greenfield Grazing began in 2016 with the goal of bringing a piece of abandoned orchard and crop land back into food production while conserving the beauty and ecology of the place.

The Royal White is a hair sheep breed. Developed in the United States in the late 1990’s by Bill Hoag from a composite of the Dorper and the St. Croix breeds, the Royal White has been selected for performance qualities in grazing-based systems.
