Anderson, Gary and Dianne | Hillside Jacobs

Hillside Jacobs is located in the rolling hills for rural West Michigan, ~10 miles north of Grand Rapids. We have raised Jacob sheep since the early 1990s, beginning shortly after the Jacob Sheep Breeders Association was organized as a registry. Until 2007, we bred and raised our flock in Davis, California. After retiring as Distinguished Professor of Animal Science (Gary) and Associate Director of the Veterinary Genetics Laboratory (Dianne) at the University of California, Davis, we relocated with our flock to Gary’s home state of Michigan. We are proud of the high quality of our Jacob flock.
